Room 239 is great for business meetings, showers, receptions, & parties.
Payment is due 30 days prior to your scheduled event. Cash, check or credit cards accepted.
Rm#239 will be setup with standard seating for 48 people at 6 round tables (5′ diameter, seating a max of 8 people), and 2 rectangle tables ( 6′ x 2.5′ ) for food and gifts. Renter will be responsible for setting up any additional tables/chairs, to a maximum capacity of 60 seated at tables. Extra tables/chairs are available outside room on rack carts. Renter will be responsible for resetting room to original layout at end of rental.
If Alcohol is being served, proof of insurance must be provided. Ask the office for details.
