NO ALCOHOL is allowed with rental of the 1st Floor Courtyard.
Background music is allowed; no DJ’s; Background music must not interfere with other rentals in the facility.
Round tables will be used in the 1st Floor Courtyard for seating. Each round table (5′ diameter) will seat a max of 8 people. 4 Rectangular tables (6′ x 2.5′) will be provided for food/gifts. Event will be set according to the number of guests specified at booking. [ If you have a change in guest count please call our office 423-392-8414 at least 2 weeks prior to event. ]
