NO ALCOHOL is allowed with rental of the 1st Floor Courtyard.
Background music is allowed; no DJ’s; Background music must not interfere with other rentals in the facility.
Time for renter to setup tables/chairs, decorate, load in materials, and cleanup and reset, must be included in total rental time booked.
> Renter will be responsible for setting up tables and chairs. Round tables for seating (5′ diameter, seating a max of 8 people) will be stored outside the arches. White folding chairs will be stored outside arches. A maximum of 3 Rectangular tables (6′ x 2.5′) will be available to use for food/gifts. Return tables/chairs to racks at end of event.
