Kingsport ARTS Festival Application

The Kingsport ARTS Festival began in April 2024, with the goal of engaging the community in arts and increasing accessibility and appreciation of the Arts. We are delighted to continue this festival in 2025, again with a focus on education and engagement. We are looking for unique and original work by artists and artisans to grow our community’s understanding of what “the arts” can include!

Application Deadline (no fee): January 15, 2025
Selection complete and artists notified: February 15, 2025
Upon acceptance, vendors must pay a booth fee of $50 by March 1, 2025 or forfeit their spot.

    The City of Kingsport, Kingsport Cultural Arts reserves all rights to reject specific items from display, or to ask you to leave if your booth does not reflect your application.
    This is an outdoor festival. Vendors will be required to provide: A tent and weights (buckets with water or sand work great), tables/chairs, and any other display needs for your booth.*
    Booths are 10×10’ each. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their display is staffed at all times, and for paying all applicable sales taxes. They must remain open for business for the entire festival, no early breakdowns. Set-up and parking information will be sent to the selected vendors after booth fees have been paid.*
